mmm no creo ke tengas ningun tipo de problema yo uso opensuse y con el programa ke trae para descomprimir no tengo problemas solo tienes ke instalar las bibliotecas de rar para ke te los reconosca no se como se haga para ubuntu pero al principio = no me comprimia ni descomprimia en rar actualice e instale las blibliotecas de rar y no hubo problema busca en google ahi seguro encontraras algo
